Conversagent: GPT Assistant

Having an AI assistant from Conversagent provides a friendly, helpful and immediate way for my customers to have their questions answered. It has editing controls that allow me to adjust the tone of voice and responses, so that it represents my brand.

We're a small family-run business with a fairly big product catalog, so anything that can save us effort is hugely appreciated, particularly around getting more visitor engagement in our online shop. Conversagent does a really good job at introducing each item and answering complex questions all on its own! It's super easy to set up and much better than anything else we've tried. The app has also been improving continuously since we installed it. Very recommended!

It can respond in various languages. Awesome. It is still very much in development, so it's getting even better over time. I have very high expectations for the future!
