We started using this app and have found it beneficial for helping customers with generic questions that would normally come through to customer care or we would not even know about.

The service and support level is great, the team are always available to help and guide you, particularly as this was new to us.

This app was exactly the solution I was looking for to enable an engaging customer experience through our website. The ability to customise and train your virtual assistant while getting constant data on user engagement is invaluable.
The team behind the app have been amazing from first contact through install and helping us mould our virtual assistant to suit our needs.
It has definitely helped engagement and also a lot of fun to play with when customising!

I am loving the app! In particular how it can learn - initially sweeping the website for information, more importantly you can review what customers ask and then build the knowledge base to better answer questions. Ability to adapt style and more. No complaints here

Without a doubt, this is currently the best AI chatbot for the cost. Their support is excellent and they constantly add new features.

Really helpful app almost right from the download. We added some more rules and knowledge and really haven't had to worry about much since. It answers questions well, makes good product recommendations and we love that it can plug in on the product page where we want as well as being a bot in the bottom right corner on all the pages. It has definitely helped with our conversion rate.
