It's a great app with responsive support. Our customers have found using the AI chat on our website helpful and informative. It has alleviated some of our staff's workload for basic questions such as stock availability and other commonly asked questions. It can pick out recommended accessories for customers and increase the cart size for orders.

They also made some cool improvements to the Knowledge base forms that we are about to test.
