Highly recommended! The customer service was incredibly patient and helped me resolve an issue with Chinese character conflicts. Really appreciate their support!

The app crashed as soon as we had an event, leaving us with frustrated customers and support staff scrambling. It isn't able to deal with large volumes of traffic.

Keep getting 500 | Server Error !!!!
The app does exactly what we were looking for - reserving items for a short amount of time. Our customers love this feature and it's mostly been a great addition.
However, we keep getting 500 | Server Error when trying to launch the app which means I cannot edit any settings and our website has not had the proper function for over a week!!! It also means we cannot access any help chats to contact customer service. Not sure why we'd continue paying if the app isn't in service.... please fix!

Leider reserviert die Funktion nicht wie gewünscht. Vor der Installation bereits gefragt und nach Problemen im Vorgang mehrmals nachgefragt und immer nur Ausreden bis hin zu keiner Antwort mehr am Ende. Für uns eine App ohne wirklichen nutzen, schade!

Hi, I'm trying to use this app and I am unable to save any settings when configuring the app. I am unable to change the default timer length and other features.

I've tried contacting your support team via email, and chat and have received no response.

To your credit, the app worked fine for about a week, but after that we started running into issues.

Very helpful feature to ensure our inventory not oversold. The support is very good as well as providing quick solution and also quick fix in needed.

We have been working with the Conversion Pro Plus team for months now, happily providing testing on the cart "inventory" reservation component of the app. Our need was to ensure that inventory was reserved when customers added to the cart. We were not looking for a cart reservation solution that just generates urgency, we needed it to reserve inventory, as when we restock we sell out quickly. Without the inventory reservation, customers often lose their carts. Through persistence and continuous improvements, the team were able to get the app working on our site. We are now looking forward to when it works in conjunction, and seamlessly, with the Shop app as well, at which time we will be thrilled to revisit the app on our store.
