Conversion Pro Plus

The plugin does not work. The item in the cart are not reserved. The timer is displayed, but if another user completes the purchase faster, you cannot buy the product because it is already sold out even if it is reserved. The support team responds, but is not solution-oriented and you don't know what they are doing or whether they are doing anything to rectify the error.

Leider reserviert die Funktion nicht wie gewünscht. Vor der Installation bereits gefragt und nach Problemen im Vorgang mehrmals nachgefragt und immer nur Ausreden bis hin zu keiner Antwort mehr am Ende. Für uns eine App ohne wirklichen nutzen, schade!

Super easy to use and incredibly fast customer support. They are even adding code to the program so it better fits my usecase. 5 Stars and much Love to the Support and Developer Team!

Keep getting 500 | Server Error !!!!
The app does exactly what we were looking for - reserving items for a short amount of time. Our customers love this feature and it's mostly been a great addition.
However, we keep getting 500 | Server Error when trying to launch the app which means I cannot edit any settings and our website has not had the proper function for over a week!!! It also means we cannot access any help chats to contact customer service. Not sure why we'd continue paying if the app isn't in service.... please fix!

The app crashed as soon as we had an event, leaving us with frustrated customers and support staff scrambling. It isn't able to deal with large volumes of traffic.

Hi, I'm trying to use this app and I am unable to save any settings when configuring the app. I am unable to change the default timer length and other features.

I've tried contacting your support team via email, and chat and have received no response.

To your credit, the app worked fine for about a week, but after that we started running into issues.

CONVERSION PRO PLUS ha risolto un grandissimo problema che avevamo sul nostro sito, ovvero la doppia vendita di un articolo quando venivano scelte modalità di pagamento a rate, accadeva che mentre un cliente effettuava la procedura di rateizzo l'articolo veniva poi acquistato con altra modalità, ma con CONVERSIONE PRO PLUS questo non accade più! Inoltre ci tengo molto a dire che hanno un'assistenza meravigliosa, la consiglio assolutamente.

The App didn't worked the whole event. I even sent a message to support for which they didn't update for even 3 days

Highly recommended! The customer service was incredibly patient and helped me resolve an issue with Chinese character conflicts. Really appreciate their support!
