Garbage experience.. reached out to them once we saw the charge come through and they would not refund or give us credit back for something we are not even using.
This app advertises a free plan but charges usage fees based on order volume, which has nothing to do with the app’s functionality. Charges were not clearly disclosed. Support refused a refund. Be very careful installing this app.

• Pricing is shown inside the app before activation (https://bit.ly/4aU20ED)
• Billing happens only after the store owner manually accepts it (https://bit.ly/4kIKXJ4)
• Charges are processed by Shopify, we cannot charge stores ourselves

Even so, we have offered the merchant a middle-ground resolution by offering a yearly plan upgrade to help settle the matter fairly.
