The app has no support. The only support is through email and when it wants me to put in my store url it wont accept it.

Hello, When you got a problem in app you need to open a support ticket in the support system. This is the way of communicating. We never claimed we provide 24/7 support.
Secondly, it is unfair, without a communication support team and without use just install and rate and uninstall it. 1 hour 16 min is not enough time to justify a app.
