CONVOY ORDER PROTECTION

What It Does:

Convoy Order Protection is a simple upsell widget that lets customers protect their orders from loss, damage, or theft simply by checking a box in the cart or at checkout.

How It Works:

1. Convoy Order Protection is not order insurance or shipping insurance that the merchant pays for.

2. The customer pays a small fee that is added to their cart totals. You collect these fees with the order. Convoy OP differs from other apps because it has substantially higher conversion rates (we're great at what we do!). That translates to more protected orders and more dollars for you shop.

3. When an issue arises, the customer files a case directly with us so you don't have to deal with customer service. We reorder or refund the item(s) at OUR EXPENSE. The reorder shows up as an additional order in your store, fully paid by Convoy OP.

4. When you install the app, it asks for billing approval because at the end of each billing cycle, we charge for our portion of the collected customer fees. However, we NEVER charge more that what is collected so you never pay anything for our service. If the collected fees is less than the cost of the reorders and refunds, we eat those costs and do not charge you anything.

With the reorders showing as additional orders (and revenue( for your shop), saved money on refunds, and decreased customer support workload, you'll almost always make money with Convoy Order Protection. The worst case is you'll break and make zero dollars but that is super rare!

- The app is 100% absolutely FREE to the merchant.

- In most cases, the merchant makes money!

- We ask for billing details but ONLY charge for our portion of the collected fees.

- If we only collect $100 and we had $200 in claims, we eat those costs and charge you $0.
