My chat function does not work, I have sent emails to support, and I was sent one reply 10 hours ago, and no one has replied since then... I have technical issues, losing sales, and no help????

We have been using CookieYes for a long time and now across multiple stores. This app seamlessly integrates with their service and offers a comprehensive guide for implementation with Shopify. The cookie banner is highly customizable and user-friendly, enabling users to switch on/off different cookie types and easily revisit their consent. Additionally, you have access to a consent log if needed, and it's convenient to manage multiple domains within one account. Our experience with their support team has been very positive—they are always helpful and responsive. Overall, CookieYes provides an excellent service that meets all our needs efficiently.
