With my rather special case the Nick from the staff was really helpful by helping to understand and analyze the issues and to get problems resolved.
Had my issues with other Google CMP approved apps and had rather low expectations. But it was that easy, installing it and it actually worked as designed, respectively all functionalities remained working in my shop. With other apps I had issues that e.g. my cart was deleted.
Again amazed on how simple it is with CookieYes!
We've been using CookieYes for 2 months now and it's incredible how simple an App it is compared to what else you can get out there
Price is good, support is good and App just works with relatively low technical expertise required
