The app is but only with destop when we use this app on mobile there is nothing availabe on mobile and the backend help team never responds back there is not any customer care number or chat section it's just only to put your money on waste

We want to assure you that our support team promptly addressed your initial message on March 19th, responding within 16 minutes. We explained that having additional Zoom tools could potentially affect our app's performance. We also followed up a day later to ensure you had received the information, and we didn't overlook your message on March 28th; we responded promptly to that as well.
Our priority is to ensure our users can use our app smoothly and get assistance anytime with our 24/7 support. So, it's a bit surprising to hear you didn't get support from us. Rest assured, we have been and will continue to be here for you.

If i install and app and use for one or two days and then if i remove then also i shall be billed after 30 days .

The app costs $2.99/month, and you'll have a 30-day free trial. We offer this trial so merchants get the chance to explore the app fully and with this decide if it meets your store needs. You won't be billed if you uninstalled the app before the trial ended.

I used it and it didn't work. I tried hit up the support and that didn't work either. Don't recommend.
The app is designed to work out-of-the-box with the Venture theme as installed on the merchant's store.
The app was only installed for 10 minutes, not giving us sufficient time to conduct a quality checkup of the app in the store. In addition, we had not received any email for support.
Merchant was contacted twice regarding this for more information and offered assistance, but no reply was received.
Very annoying. It highlights the whole page and disables enlarging images by clicking on them,

Rarely, the app might conflict with some theme's special characteristics, but we have a 24/7 support team ready to help. The app was only installed for 8 minutes, not giving us enough time to check to check the app in the store. And we did not receive any email for support, on the contrary, we reached out twice regarding this to offer assistance, but your response was to block us. :( So, we were not even given the chance to help...

This app isn't working with minimog theme i need zoom on hover but it doesn't worked at all. Very poor app

Our app is designed to work out of the box and will work automatically in most stores. However, in some particular scenarios, we might need to take a look at the integration, especially with custom themes. We have a 24/7 support team ready to help in case this occurs. We have tried to reach you three times, hoping to give you a hand with the integration, but we haven't heard from you. :(

Unusable. The app configuration screen has a miniscule window just a 100px x 100px or so that has all the configuration inside it. Can't configure. Lots of other weirdness on the config screen such as double buttons appearing in various places. All other apps work fine and tried clearing my cache.

Our app preferences page does not display any errors or size issues as described in you review. We have tested our pages and see that everything is working as it should.
You can view the app preferences page in our demo store too. We believe that you may have mistaken our app with another.
We also tried to contact you several times via email and telephone but were unable to reach you.
