Post-purchase discounts for sharing webstore on Facebook
Our app allows a discount to be applied to an order after purchase when a customer shares on Facebook. Unlike other referral apps, Coopt does not require the customer to create an account for a future discount, they simply have the discount applied immediately after their Facebook post has been confirmed. Support is nonexistant. Haven't heard a word back from them..
Coopt is hands down our favorite marketing app on Shopify. We use it on both our stores. Super easy to set up and increases shares every day. Very responsive customer support from the co-founder.
There is little to no work to be done from the store owner and it drives consistent traffic when the offer is featured in an email after purchase. Plus, you can try it for free and see if it's right for your store
Extremely easy to set up and basically zero maintenance. We set the offer for sharing after the order confirmation via an automated email. We can see the shares through the Coopt app and so far roughly 20% of customers are sharing our store. Highly recommend it as a great source for new traffic referred from friends of our existing customers!
It does what it says it does and charges you what they say they'll charge you. The real question is would the sales exist without the app? Maybe, maybe not. But at least some additional sales do come from this app. So, it gets 5 stars since the cost/benefit ratio is positive.
