I have been using this for 5 months. The concept is great, but the implementation of this is trickier than meets the eye. There are plenty of issues with the implementation and support side. It appears to work, but after a while more and more issues parts of the website/theme will break. This is only caused issues with breaking my theme in various areas that takes a long time to find out. I have been in contact with the support team multiple times, and after it repeatedly breaks the website, they stopped responding to emails. I have been left without support from the team and will no longer use this.
It works really well at first, but with time, the speed starts dropping until it is tweaked again. Then it works for a short while and then again starts dropping. The customer service is bad: they may or may not respond. Sometimes there is no response for months. After checking other reviews I see that it's a common issue. It seems like the developers don't care for their app anymore. I'm going to discontinue their service.
Hi, we rebuilt this app and launched the new version in May. Our support team has been restructured as well for prompt response. Now you can reach our support from the app itself. Please give this app another try and you'll be pleasently surprised.
The app boosted the score, but Shopify has not scored us in over 6 days. The score is blank. When running the Google Speedtest, a lot of the time we get an LPC error code and Google spits us a ? mark for the score. Support has not provided a resolution and takes a time long to reply.
