Rocket Page Speed Optimizer

We installed the app and were in contact with a member of their team. He noticed that we were using other plug-ins and proceeded with manual customization. Apparently, no testing was conducted after making these changes. As a result, our entire front page became non-functional, and product images failed to load. This issue cost us a full day of revenue. Completely unacceptable.

It's not working even on Shopify Dawn theme...
He didn't even tried to make it work. Each consequent "fix" will decrease my store speed to around 50.
Even if the app doesn't work, they still charged me.
The first answer was a recommendation to just uninstall the app, which say a lot about their ethics.

I have tried SEVERAL so called Page Speed tools. Some of them were very expensive! Each of the tools I've tried provided varying levels of effectiveness (from very good, to terrible).
