The product itself is very good. But my app stopped working and the customer support I received was questionable. I had to schedule two calls, which were both set at very darling or late times due to their timezone and both were a no show.

We do deserve this 1-star review because we really dropped the ball here.

I have no excuse to make.

This is not the standard to which we hold ourselves and we are deeply disappointed in ourselves.
