This has been one of the best apps we’ve ever used on Shopify. I’ve tried more than 5 different cart apps, and this one has by far the most complete features. Not only does it help increase AOV, but your page's CRO can also jump drastically by playing around with its gift configurations. It also works flawlessly with subscriptions. I highly recommend it! Plus, Arun's support was the best I’ve ever received—10 out of 10.
Very good app for discounts, make the experience for the user much more friendly and attractive. We have increased vastly the number of sales since we started implementing it.
Ich finde die App super. Meistens nutze ich sie, um Geschenke ab einem bestimmten Warenkorbwert mitzugeben oder Versandkostenfreie Lieferung ab einem bestimmten Warenkorbwert. Für den Kunden hüpft dann jedesmal Konfetti im Warenkorb. Nettes Feature. Der Support hilft immer super und schnell bei Problemen. Danke Sreemon!
The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any app on shopify and I've tried a lot.
The app is also excellent... Using it for upsells and free gifts with purchase has increased our AOV from £50 to £70 and virtually eliminated customer saying they missed to add their gift.
It's one of the best apps we have on our sites and one of the first apps we apply to new sites. Can't recommend enough!
a fantastic app, that gives all the necessary tools and campaign types for different types of offer design.
But the main reason to get this app and not other, is their support team. It takes no longer than 1 minute for them to respond and help you with whatever issue or request.

Very poor customer support, no one helps, the UI looks very cheap and bad. Doesnt align with our store, when asks for help no one replies

To set more context, your request came in on a weekend and our team mate had logged out for the day due to a health emergency (I'm not saying this as an excuse, I take full responsibility for this failure. And we are hiring more support staff to mitigate such issues, especially on weekends)
Though I tried to help you first thing on Monday, I realized your store is planning to use a non-native Shopify checkout in the near future which we don't support.
I would rather be upfront about this fact than leading you in and disappointing you down the lane when you wish to integrate the 3rd party checkout.
My sincere apologies! And, if you decide to stick with native Shopify checkout, kindly give us a second chance please!

Great little app with brilliant support
This is a great little app and very good value for money. The support team are absolutely brilliant – quick to respond and genuinely helpful.
It doesn’t have all the functionality of some of the much larger (and far more expensive) cart apps, but it does everything we need. We’re using it to create cart upsells, automatically add free products when customers hit spend thresholds (ie. £50), and trigger celebrations when goals like free shipping or rewards are reached.
Those celebration moments are really motivating for customers and add a nice interactive touch to the cart experience. For the price point, it’s definitely worth it and does exactly what it promises without unnecessary complexity.
This app is seriously awesome! It looks way cleaner and higher end than my native cart drawer plus it offers extras like add ons, upsells and free shipping bar! I can't wait to see how this impacts my monthly AOV. The support was amazing as well. Sreemon and Sujil both helped me on 2 separate occasions and they were both incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this app!
