i paid for loosing, cart is dublicat the free gift when i mad the condetion on gift it's dublicated if you increas the qountaty for 2 it's bee free !
i use app for wrap as a gift and it's not working with this app

Perhaps there's a misunderstanding.
There is a separate campaign for adding gift wrapping called one-click upsells, which allows you to add gift wrapping (for free or for extra charges). The free gift for cart goals or for Buy X Get Y campaign is meant to bundle free items as an incentive to buy more. Hence if they buy more and become eligible, more gift items may be added to the cart.
In either way, we offer 60 day money back guarantee, kindly ping us in chat or email and we would refund any app charges, no questions asked.
If you would like a demo on how to setup gift wrapping, we would be happy to get on a Google meet call too!

It is causing our store cart page loading forever. Uninstalled it and the issue is gone. Fix it guys.

Who were affected?
Stores that enabled only our sticky add to cart feature, but did not enable our cart drawer.
What was the issue?
An update we pushed 24 hours ago to speed up the loading of the cart widget on cart pages had an edge case where if our cart drawer was not enabled, the cart page will go into an infinite loading loop.
What's the current status?
Our on-call engineering team identified and fixed this as soon as we noticed this. No action is needed from merchants, the fix has been released to all affected stores and is now live in production. If you have concerns/questions, our merchant partner team is on stand by to answer any questions!
