é IMPOSSIVEL conseguir atendimento. Não existe nenhum suporte, o app para de funcionar do nada, perdemos vendas e não existe absolutamente nenhuma maneira de solucionar. As cobranças seguem sendo feitas.
Péssimo suporte!! App sempre sai do ar e desta forma perdemos vendas devido aos clientes não terem opção de frete!! Sempre que tentamos suporte é impossível conseguir! Estamos há dias com instabilidade e ninguém retorna!
O app parou de funcionar, e não consegui contato do suporte
Péssimo app. Frequentemente apresenta instabilidades e preciso usar um terceiro para emitir as etiquetas, porém agora ele simplesmente deixou de funcionar por completo. Apresenta mensagem de erro quando tento entrar e não abre há 2 dias. Além disso, não consigo suporte.
App não funciona e não respondem suporte!
