We have this connected to the Smiirl seed counter shopify sells in its store. However over the last few weeks, it keeps shifting between several number ranges. 2 out of 3 are incorrect. The other day, it was shifting between 5 or so numbers. Smiirl lays the blame on shopify and says there is nothing they can do. That they have been in contact with Shopify, which apparently is already aware as it's happening to a number of other customers. And that Shopify will email me about the issue. Shopify has yet to email me about the issue, and I'm sure par to course, Shopify isn't working on the problem. Which is a shame considering how EXPENSIVE these little counters are. You may have better success buying a cheaper 3rd party version and using zapier.
1. Does not import correct data at all, off by 15% or so.
2. Does not connect properly to WiFi - followed all the steps and it's not updating.
Waste of $.

Wrong number since I've installed it which is really disappointing. I reached out to them and was given basic troubleshooting advice I already tried.
counter worked fine for the first 5 minutes,
now i cannot open the app through shopify on 3 seperate devices.
it keeps showing:
