The support team help me with other app which is developed by them.
After they fixed my issues, I told the support that I need an accurate price to single market on my website.

Jayakrishnan, a nice guy from the support team, told me that it's hard to set an exchanged rate by myself on that auto-converter app.
Thus, he suggested me Multi Country Pricing app which is totally fit my needs!
Jayakrishnan spent whole afternoon to help me deal with those issues, they are really a wonderful support team !

This app is working great when you need to setup different prices, currencies and multiple languages that works with each other. You want to enter your site and see "your" language and "your" curriency and also be able to put different prices to different countries.
Their service is great, quick and proffessional. I talked to Yash Patel who guided me through Google meet.

While the platform/interface was hard to use and didn't have a lot of instructions to guide you, the customer service was excellent and very quick. The best I've had so far with any shopify app. Yash was very attentive to my needs and quick to respond. He solved all of my problems on the spot!
