This app works well in preview mode, but after applying the app, it only displays a balloon of what the total will be after you checkout, and doesn't actually edit the total like it did in the preview. What is the point of a preview if it doesn't do what it shows it's supposed to do once you publish it????

Hi, the coupon isn't applied at all inside the PREVIEW mode, due to a technical restriction. But once you publish the configs live, it should work normally.

Unfortunately the price is much to high for what this offers, and perhaps that would change if custom requests were free! I mean for 13 USD every month for an almost invisible coupon button you'd assume that's how it would work. Perhaps paying for custom jobs would be worthwhile if the app was 2$ a month or so. But especially since the support is only offered in the morning when we are the busiest and can't focus on shopify app management, made even briefer by the fact that we're on the west coast, this app is not worth it in my opinion. If I were a developer it might be worth it but the whole reason I would want a shopify app in the first place is to make my job EASY, not overcomplicate it with excess features being behind a paywall and only accessible to people who can code. I'm sure this app will be what some people are looking for, it's just not right for me and others who don't understand CSS.
