Worst customer support on Shopify app store. Took them over 24 hours to fix a simple error that was completely their fault. Then they turned on the widget without my consent so it can count visitors and bill. When I asked for a refund, they said that they will refund me as soon as I cancel, when I cancelled they said they cannot do anything about and I have to refund through Shopify, when I contacted Shopify i learned that it has to be through the app itself. So these guys are fraudsters and will steal your money and will leave you hanging. Their support is terrible and won't help, only trick and mislead you. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs.
We are so happy with the discount pop up feature of this app. 5 stars The developers are always so happy to help if we want anything adjusted and it definitely gets us more sales
