Merchants highly recommend this app for its customizable discount pop-ups that boost sales and collect emails. Worst customer support on Shopify app store. Took them over 24 hours to fix a simple error that was completely their fault. Then they turned on the widget without my consent so it can count visitors and bill. When I asked for a refund, they said that they will refund me as soon as I cancel, when I cancelled they said they cannot do anything about and I have to refund through Shopify, when I contacted Shopify i learned that it has to be through the app itself. So these guys are fraudsters and will steal your money and will leave you hanging. Their support is terrible and won't help, only trick and mislead you. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs.
