Courier Smart looks at your store's past delivery outcomes for each courier in each city, then recommends a courier for every new order automatically, based on that history. If you ship with multiple couriers, this helps decide which one to use for a given city or customer. Every order is tagged with its recommended courier directly in Shopify, so your fulfillment team can act on it immediately without checking a separate report or spreadsheet.
