Such nice support and the app is easy to handle and everything works perfect. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
Highly recommend this app for courses. It has many features and is easy to edit and work on. A plus the excellent customer service!
Moshe is exceptional and so is his app, with the super quick customer support it make any founders journey seamless. Totally recommend this app
Perfect app for selling online courses. This app has just made selling online courses in Shopify a piece of cake. And customer support is just awesome, Or is very helpful and replies to you within minutes (that's true).
Amazing app. I've used Thinkific extensively for courses but this is great because it's integrated into the Shopify store, and has the basic features necessary to make it a well-rounded courses app. Developer is also super responsive and wants to make the app the best solution in the App Store. Thank you!!
Amazing that it is free. And the customer service was there the second I asked a question. They also were very helpful with creating a solution for hosting free videos combined with the Tevello Course app. Absolutely recommended!
We moved from another well known online course platform and honestly this experience is 10x better!kay so I have to say, the app, no question, is the best and most solid for courses but ... what really put me over the top was customer support.
TLDL: I’m committed to improving my communication skills but I can’t understand why someone would think it is stupid to place a test order on their own store 🤷♂️
Thank you for the feedback, Anming.
I completely agree that my communication skills still need work and improvement.
As a Non-Native English speaker, I’m committed to working on it and improving it every day.
To put this into context:
I was asked by Anming how she could interact with a community she created.
I replied and answered that she would interact with it just like any other member would.
And that there are 2 options for gaining access to a community:
1. By being given access manually.
2. By purchasing the product associated with the community.
And this is the exact reply I got from her:
"Are you telling me to purchase my own products ? -_- cuz that's stupid. Can you pretend that you are tech support and just tell me what to click on? I'm not going to buy my own products.”
(direct quote)
I then replied with step-by-step instructions on how to give a member access manually + a link to a video that shows how it's done.
Plus, I also wrote that I didn’t tell her what to do but shared the 2 options she has.
I further explained (although with some typos, which I’m sorry about and will do my best to word myself better in the future) that I don’t find it stupid at all to place a test order on your own store.
I also recommended doing that with a 100% discount code to make sure you are not being charged for it but still can see how everything works from the customer's point of view.
In my personal opinion, placing a test order is actually super smart as it allows you to make sure it all works as you’d like it to work and that the experience for the end customer is perfect.
I then got the following reply from her:
"So yeah, you did tell me to purchase my own products, and yeah that's fkn stupid.”
(direct quote)
So yes, I'm fully committed to improving my communication skills but I still can’t understand why someone would think it is a stupid idea to place a test order on their own store 🤷♂️
P.S.
Later that day (which was Saturday night btw)
I spent 3 hours live chatting and recording custom videos for this merchant when I was helping her solve issues with other apps that are not mine, nor do I have any relationship with.
