Okay so I have to say, the app, no question, is the best and most solid for courses but ... what really put me over the top was customer support. I used the chat feature. I initially got a message saying I would be emailed but then someone came on. I think we just have a very busy developer. Well, let me just say, what incredible support. I uninstalled the app after paying for it. Man I was bummed. All that work, gone and all because I mistakenly uninstalled the wrong app. I reinstalled, got an extra 4 days of a free trial and all my stuff was still there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking to integrate courses into shopify and to look no further. The value for money is incredible, not only do you get the ability to make and sell courses, integrate it with a subscription app and manage access with ease, but you also get access to create communities allowing you to create an entire ecosystem just on your own website. Additionally, the support is amazing, really goes above and beyond to help and even come up with creative solutions to your specific needs. Honestly surprised at the price tag for what you get, a must have for a any store that uses courses.

Best app for online courses with the best support ever! The courses are really easy to set up and there are plenty of short and easy to understand explaining videos in the app about all the settings you need to sell your courses successfully on shopify.
For clients the course menus and navigation through the courses is really easy to understand and the communities, you can set up, have everything they need for your customers to have a great group experience.
If you ever have a question, Or Moshe is always available in the in app chat and he answers your questions and supports you where he can so helpfull!
Get this app for your online courses- promise you will never regret it!!!

It's so easy to build and use. It has some incredible features that allow you to create paid courses and subscriptions, but also online communities.

The support that you will also get from OR (the developer) is outstanding and he goes above and beyond to help with any problem or questions you may have.

I own a beauty business and my website began as a place where clients can book their in person appointments. Last year I decided I wanted to release courses for those who are interested in entering the beauty industry. I tried using other course apps and unfortunately many of them were limited of their offerings and functionalities, so I would download and quickly delete the apps because they did not offer what I was looking for. In addition to this, many course apps are super expensive and being a smaller business, I was not willing to pay hundreds of dollars per month.

Finding Tevello has been a blessing. Besides being very user friendly and having many functionalities, it is affordable and the customer service is truly unmatched. Or was happy to answer any questions I had and even took extra time to make sure my courses were presented in the specific way I was looking for. I really appreciate this because although most of the time Shopify and Shopify app's support answer your question(s), they do not typically think further ahead to make sure you're set up for success.

If you're looking for a course app, this is the best one out there! I can't remember if there's a free trial with this app, but if there is, try it and I wouldn't be surprised if you end up signing up because this app is so spectacular!

I am so grateful that I signed up to host my children’s book writing and illustrating courses on Shopify using Tevella with Or Moshe. I love that I can release all the lessons at one time for each course, drip feed week after week, or schedule their availability on specific dates. I also appreciate that it comes with a community where I can interact with students enrolled in my intensive interactive Children's Book Academy mentorship program and they can interact with each other, form critique groups, or request feedback .

I like to call Or, the developer - “Orsome” because he absolutely is. He's very quick to respond, get on a Zoom call if needed, make Loom videos, and tweak things so that they meet my personal needs. I also call him adORable because I can’t resist puns and because it’s fun to embarrass him. I’ve hosted classes on Weebly, Teachable, most recently Mighty Networks and now Tevello where I’ll be staying for a long time because it’s a fraction of the cost of elsewhere and I appreciate the features, support, and automations. I can't rate Tevello highly enough. It does everything we need and more.

We initially started using Tevello as a way to give customers access to information about online events (zoom link, discussions, certificates of completion). It's been rock solid and reliable from the start. We're also using it as a bit of a backup for Shopify's Digital Downloads app. Even if our customers don't get the email with the download link, they know they can find it in their Members section in Tevello. We really love how easy it is to use. Just create your course, connect it to your product and everything else happens automatically. We also love the feature that lets us hide the Course until we're ready to launch it (people are paying and getting added to the Course, but can't see it until we're ready).

The only problems we've had were due to user error, and the developer was super kind and respectful when helping us figure out where we'd gone wrong. Not only that, he really listens to requests for new features. We're always pleasantly surprised when we go into the app and find new features. One thing I didn't see in the app features that we really love is that you can configure Tevello to send emails from your domain. And he's even looking into adding hosting for videos (it'd be amazing if we didn't have to pay for Vimeo). Tevello really blows all other native Shopify Course apps away. We even prefer it to outside Course services like Thinkific, Teachable, and Udemy (all of which we considered).
