I cannot express enough how thrilled I am to have found the Tevello app! It is truly helping my online business by bringing everything I need into one convenient place. Gone are the days of directing my customers to a separate platform for online courses. Now, thanks to Tevello, I can seamlessly integrate all aspects of my business within Shopify itself. Few days ago I had no idea it was possible to have online courses within your Shopify site! Game changer for me because Shopify is one of very few platform that is offering the possibility to have Icelandic payment gateway. It is very user friendly.
No more jumping between different platforms or confusing my customers with multiple websites. Tevello has made it possible for me to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for my customers from start to finish.
One aspect that stands out is the exceptional customer support provided by Or. Over the past few days, Or has been incredibly helpful in guiding me through the app's features and explaining how everything works. His knowledge and patience have been invaluable, and I am grateful for the personalized and professional support he has offered. Thank you for making this app!
Best experience i ever had with a course builder. Been using Teachable for 2 and half years and I switched over. Support is great, the builder has everything you need. I don't see why not switching over to Tevello as it goes perfectly with Shopify!
100% would recommend it to EVERY course seller out there.
This app is definetly the BEST! I'm so happy i found it, love how it is so easy for me to create my courses and to upload the content as text, image, video, links, etc... and also this app makes the course much more simplified and easy to my classmates, now im super proud of the online courses i offer on my store cause they look super profesional, i love this!

If I could give this app 10 stars I would. I am extremely satisfied with this app. The customer service is phenomenal and quick! I was able to figure my way around this app with amazing help. This is a absolute must have. If you are hesitant don't be its a very smooth process for us creators. The best part is its free! Thank you developer for giving us small business owners a chance for success.

Probably the best app for creating shopify online courses. I've tried them all and I'm definitively keeping this one. Very easy to customize with a very sleek and professional look for your store, it also has amazing features like creating communities and being able to upload files and text boxes to your courses. Look no further, this is the app your store needs. 5/5
What I love about this app is that it looks basic but still has everything you need to launch your course. I've tried a couple of other apps for courses but I got overwhelmed quite quickly with all the options and ways of doing things. The app is designed to be straightforward. That's how I experienced it. I had a question about a feature of the app which the developer was happy to answer in a very short time frame so it did not slow me down at all. This app was just exactly what I needed to start sharing knowledge. Highly recommend!
TLDL: I’m committed to improving my communication skills but I can’t understand why someone would think it is stupid to place a test order on their own store 🤷♂️

I completely agree that my communication skills still need work and improvement.
As a Non-Native English speaker, I’m committed to working on it and improving it every day.
To put this into context:
I was asked by Anming how she could interact with a community she created.
I replied and answered that she would interact with it just like any other member would.
And that there are 2 options for gaining access to a community:
1. By being given access manually.
2. By purchasing the product associated with the community.
And this is the exact reply I got from her:
"Are you telling me to purchase my own products ? -_- cuz that's stupid. Can you pretend that you are tech support and just tell me what to click on? I'm not going to buy my own products.”

I then replied with step-by-step instructions on how to give a member access manually + a link to a video that shows how it's done.
Plus, I also wrote that I didn’t tell her what to do but shared the 2 options she has.
I further explained (although with some typos, which I’m sorry about and will do my best to word myself better in the future) that I don’t find it stupid at all to place a test order on your own store.
I also recommended doing that with a 100% discount code to make sure you are not being charged for it but still can see how everything works from the customer's point of view.
In my personal opinion, placing a test order is actually super smart as it allows you to make sure it all works as you’d like it to work and that the experience for the end customer is perfect.
I then got the following reply from her:

So yes, I'm fully committed to improving my communication skills but I still can’t understand why someone would think it is a stupid idea to place a test order on their own store 🤷♂️

Later that day (which was Saturday night btw)
I spent 3 hours live chatting and recording custom videos for this merchant when I was helping her solve issues with other apps that are not mine, nor do I have any relationship with.
