I reported an issue to Tevello and the customer service was PERSISTENT in messaging me and helping me fix my store and even added a feature that helped my store.
Or from Tevello really helped out when he didn't need to and I'll forever be grateful for his help with improving my store!

I'd love to learn more about how you are using the app and what specifically you're looking to do since it sounds like your scenario is not the typical one.
(i.e. why would you want to give previous buyers of a different course access to a new course, is this a one-time thing, or are you releasing multiple new courses for the same audience on a consistent basis, etc..)

The ABSOLUTE best customer support and app I have ever come across. For all things digital products on Shopify, look no further.
Tevello is one of those gold mines of the Shopify App Store. Exactly the functionality you need, well coded, and with a clean and easy-to-use interface. Or has been a breeze to work with and assisted our team with small customisations and feature requests. This is not a choice between Tevello and other similar apps; for us it was Shopify+Tevello vs Kajabi or custom build. We have now implemented this and never looked back.
The app is perfect for my courses. The customer service has been excellent, and it's a lot cheaper, nicer looking and has more features than the previous app I was using! The developer even taught me some great Shopify automation tricks that will massively speed up my workflow. I'd highly recommend this app! :D
Lovely app! I really appreciate how good it looks on my website, it has all the functionality I need in a easy-to-access way, and the developer is super helpful and responsive regarding any questions or issues! And I really like the way I can guide my users through all the course materials in easy-to-digest sections.

I tried many other Course apps and have found my "home" with Tevello. The client interface integrates for a seamless, beautiful fit within my theme. It's so user-friendly to set up with many lesson types of files for multi-dimensional learning. Or, the creator has been available right away for a couple questions. OUTSTANDING, thank you Or!!
The interface is simple and straightforward. Also, the app does not require customers to create a log in before purchase, which will immensely help with your conversions. On top of that, Or is super helpful in getting you the answers that you need! Recommended!
If I could, I would give 10 stars. The app is designed very straight forward, the support is amazing and it's completely free ... Highly recommended!
