Schön strukturiert und einfach zu bedienen, ein wesentliches Kriterium für uns. Manche Features könnten noch etwas abgändert werden, aber wenn man Fragen und Änderungswünsche hat kann man den Support immer kontaktieren und man erhält innerhalb weniger Augenblicke eine Reaktion.
This app has been very helpful to host my online courses and my membership. The support is very responsive and helps solve any issues I’ve come across. They’ve gone above and beyond and have taken my suggestions and added it to the app. It’s very user friendly, and the support is unmatched.
This app has worked really well for 11 months now with 7 courses built out on it. I had one slight issue today on the admin side (not customer facing) and the support team fixed it in minutes. No other issues for nearly a year.
Edit: Coming back almost a year later to double down on this review. Customer support is fast and accurate.
App is simple to use on both ends. As a creator, making a course is a cinch. As a user, accessing and viewing the course is intuitive and easy. I had a few issues with buttons displaying and the customer service was great. Development team responded promptly and everything looks and works great.

The customer service isn't great. I paid $199 a month for almost a year and tried to downgrade to the $79 membership this month. After reaching out to the support team TWO times, I was finally responded to & told it's impossible for me to downgrade without paying $199 and then an additional $79 for the new membership all in the same month. I am cancelling this month due to me being forced to pay for 2 subscriptions. Hopefully you guys make downgrading more feasible in the future for your users.

Downgrading a subscription may require handling overlapping charges for the current and new plans. We're sorry this process wasn't clear and caused frustration.
It might be not clear in the invoice you receive but in general you don't overpay for the consumption. As it's the way Shopify handles subscriptions we can't change the logic it bills merchants with.

Promising App, but Plagued by Critical Bugs and Slow Support
I was initially excited to use the Courses Plus app. It looks simple, the interface is clean, and it seemed like the perfect solution for creating courses on my Shopify store. I invested three days building out four different courses, intending to upgrade to a paid plan to get more lessons.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app in its current state. While the concept is great, the execution is hampered by significant bugs and a lack of effective support.
Here are the main issues I encountered:
Customization Doesn't Work: Basic but essential features, like changing the font colors or the background color of the course pages, simply do not work. My course is stuck with a pink background and red text that I cannot change.
Content Management is Buggy: I tried to delete a cover image for a course, and the image remains. This makes it impossible to properly manage the course's appearance. I also experienced issues where content from different courses seemed to get mixed up.
Unreliable Functionality: The "Congratulations" page for finishing a course appears on its own, without any way to adjust the timing or trigger. This creates a confusing experience for the user.
Slow and Ineffective Support: When I reached out for help, the support team's only solution was to "transfer to a developer." I received no follow-up, and none of the critical issues were fixed. For an app creator, fast and accurate support is essential.
Confusing Limitations: The free plan's limits are unclear. It's advertised as allowing 5 lessons, but it's not clear if that means one course with five lessons or five courses with one lesson each. This ambiguity makes it hard to evaluate the app properly before committing to a paid plan.
Overall, I really wanted to like this app. The idea is solid, but the number of bugs and the lack of timely support made the three days I spent a waste of time and effort. I hope the developers can address these core problems, because the app has the potential to be a great tool if it worked reliably.

Only thing to know: For a course with more than 20 lessons you need to book professional package... which is fair I guess. :)

I am excited, if you have already created courses or products in the past, and also have already been sold, you can simply connect your products. You don't create a product in this app, but you simply add the courses category to your products. Then you go into the app and create your content. All past customers will automatically have access to your courses.
