I wanted an LMS with unlimited number of users. After a lot of searching, I found this app and I can definitely give it a 5 over 5

1- The team is very responsive to my emails
2- The thing that I liked the most about the communication with the team is that, in case you dislike exchanging emails, they can do ZOOM calls. This is what they did with me several times. We were able to properly communicate and exchange ideas and understand everything properly
3- The team is very flexible in terms of modification. Every time I request an update, they immediately solve it, and in case it is not clear for them, they ask you to send them a screenshot or a video recording to assist you.
4- Although I'm requesting additional customizations, but they are not taking any additional amount of money. All these modifications are within the package that I bought.
5- When I first tried their app, it didn't work properly on my SCORM files. So, I reached out to them, and I sent them a sample of SCORM files. Believe it or not, they modified the whole app and they included the type of SCORM files that I have.

I am loving the software. It had a couple of clunky things that weren’t working properly with iOS. I reached out to the developers, and they were tremendously responsive in working with me to fix the issue. Really nice to know that there is a supportive atmosphere behind the software.
