The customer service isn't great. I paid $199 a month for almost a year and tried to downgrade to the $79 membership this month. After reaching out to the support team TWO times, I was finally responded to & told it's impossible for me to downgrade without paying $199 and then an additional $79 for the new membership all in the same month. Great app, very intuitive! And lots of features. Most importantly - the support team is excellent! To me, that's the difference between good apps and great apps. This is a great app!
This app has a very nice and intuitive layout; courses are easy to create and also easy for the students to follow. It also has a very responsive and helpful customer service staff.

This is a great app and they have AMAZING support. I highly recommend this app.
App is simple to use on both ends. As a creator, making a course is a cinch. As a user, accessing and viewing the course is intuitive and easy. I had a few issues with buttons displaying and the customer service was great. Development team responded promptly and everything looks and works great.
This app was exactly what we needed.
The staff and developers are so helpful and always available to answer any questions and offer solutions, which makes it even better

Amazing customer service, has everything I need
I canceled my subscription and was not able to use this app very well. The support was not very good either instead of actually helping you they send you links to help yourself. Hopefully they do not keep charging me in the future even though it has already happened once since i canceled.
