The team working in this project is superb. Had minor issues with implementing the certificates myself, but the team - had contact with Elizaveta and Oleksii, understood the needs and made the much needed adjustments on the certificate side. I canceled my subscription and was not able to use this app very well. The support was not very good either instead of actually helping you they send you links to help yourself. Hopefully they do not keep charging me in the future even though it has already happened once since i canceled.

I used to sell my online courses through other applications, and overall, I can say they worked fine. However, after installing Courses Plus, I am pleasantly surprised by many things. Firstly, this app has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface. In addition, well-prepared tutorials are available right from the start! Besides, a lot of additional information can be found on the official YouTube channel run by the company. Additionally, I must admit that even if something goes not entirely as it should during the configuration, you can easily request support using a simple form, and the company's employees, who seem to be available 24 hours a day, respond and help lightning-fast. I checked it myself. Writing a support query around 9 in the evening, I received a response with full instructions on what steps to take to solve my problem in literally 7 minutes. I am confident that they will quickly resolve any issue. No support in the previous apps I used worked as fast and effectively. Seriously! So, summarizing everything, I believe this is the best course management app I have tested. It is simple and intuitive for both course owners and participants. There is an extensive tutorial base, and the support works rapidly. Nothing more is needed! It was definitely worth investing in this tool to not worry about technical matters and focus on delivering valuable content to customers :)

Let me go ahead and say, if you are planning to host online courses, LOOK NO FURTHER.

I have personally invested time and energy in trying the following common course platforms: Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific and Passion.io

None of these apps even compares to our satisfaction with the Courses Plus App. This is the first time that we have every feature that we need to host onlne courses that stand out from our competitors.

The student interface is BY FAR the best on both desktop and mobile. And the backend is streamlined and easy to use as well.

If you are serious about your online store, then using Courses Plus through Shopify is absolutely the way to go. And the customer support, has been absolutely phenomenal. You can really tell that the developers care about their product and their customers.

I installed every single app for courses on Shopify app store, but those apps can't even be called apps.

Here's the price it a bit higher, but if you need to compare with other apps of this type, this is ultra affordable. Worth every single cent.

Other apps will charge you FOR NOTHING. Customer support "We well reach you back in a few hrs"...

This is BIG TIME problem solver.

This is the second time we use this App on our store. On the first one we already made a couple hundred of sales and we had no problem at all on the technical part. This is a good app for putting on courses. I found it to be very easy to use and intuitive when creating a course, and when I was stuck the chat person was helpful and stayed with me the whole way and didn't break off after many questions. I was emailing them as well with questions and they were very responsive. I recommend you read the plans carefully and decide if this is the app for you but if you make a mistake just email them for help, they were great for me.

I wanted an LMS with unlimited number of users. After a lot of searching, I found this app and I can definitely give it a 5 over 5

1- The team is very responsive to my emails
2- The thing that I liked the most about the communication with the team is that, in case you dislike exchanging emails, they can do ZOOM calls. This is what they did with me several times. We were able to properly communicate and exchange ideas and understand everything properly
3- The team is very flexible in terms of modification. Every time I request an update, they immediately solve it, and in case it is not clear for them, they ask you to send them a screenshot or a video recording to assist you.
4- Although I'm requesting additional customizations, but they are not taking any additional amount of money. All these modifications are within the package that I bought.
5- When I first tried their app, it didn't work properly on my SCORM files. So, I reached out to them, and I sent them a sample of SCORM files. Believe it or not, they modified the whole app and they included the type of SCORM files that I have.

This APP is very easy to use ! Thanks to the developpers for their hard work. I love it. User friendly, direct and simple to set up. I honestly don't know what would I do with this application.
Plus, the support team is just FANTASTIC ! They respond so quickly and always have a solution. I am happy I choose to use their services for my own online business. Thank you.

The app is very promising when we dont need two seperate systems (shopify and the LMS).
But I will not buy the premium version if I can not add the video directly into the course. (The current approach is through google drive, which is not convenient)

I was having issues with the set up to my website as im not at all a tech savvy person but i reached out via the help chat and someone (a real person not automated) was there straight away and helped me through the set up while also going the extra mile to set me up with further things - the customer service was incredible! If you are like me and struggle with the tech stuff this is the app for you! thank you again for all your help to make my website come together.

Team seems nice, but product isn't ready for prime time. Very very clunky and buggy to create courses. Frustrating and difficult to use. Look and feel of courses isn't much customizable without coding knowledge. Looking forward to seeing how this product develops over the next 6 months

I am so happy with Courses and their team. I set it up in no time, and the admin pages are very user friendly. I like their design and the possibility to customize with my own colors to match my store. I had one request and the support helped me right away. I highly recommend this app to anyone who have a Shopify store and wants to sell courses online :)

The actual student experience is quite clunky and shoots you to the top of the page every time you click on something. No ability to customize the layout. Canceled and was refused a refund though I never used it, just was testing it out. Went to Thinkific instead.
