I had some questions, found the app to be confusing at first, and wanted clarification to some questions. While I did not find the chat representative to be helpful, I did appreciate the ability to schedule a video call with support. I was able to get to an appointment really quickly. Oleksii was incredibly helpful and provided a great follow-up email with a recap and written instructions of everything we discussed.

Dmytro was incredibly helpful! I was having trouble getting my course access set up correctly, and he walked me through everything and even stepped in to help with the setup when I got stuck. He was patient, responsive, and made sure everything was working properly before we finished. Super useful and easy to use to sell courses on shopify. I use a lot of apps and I have to say courses plus is the most helpful, actually knowledgeable, and can do a lot of the back end work for you if you get confused. They are so fast to help and we've sold thousands of courses across multiple stores with them.
