Courses Plus

I run an online fitness business and Courses Plus has been very helpful. I have some 1 time fee courses and a subscription based course. Just like with any course builder I ran into some bugs and issues. But their support team resolved them within 24 hours.

The support team is absolutely top-notch. Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve responded quickly, clearly, and with real solutions — not just generic replies. I recently requested a new feature and within a week it was already implemented. That level of efficiency and care is honestly rare to find. They really listen to their users and go above and beyond to improve the platform.

On top of that, the platform itself is amazing — super intuitive and packed with everything you need to build your courses and subscriptions in a way that looks and feels truly professional. The usability is excellent, and it’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into making things easy for creators. A solid 10/10!

A smooth experience & outstanding support

Last month, I built my very first online course — and chose Courses Plus because I already had a Shopify webshop. The integration was seamless and incredibly easy to use, even for someone like me with no prior experience on other platforms.

I’ll admit: I was nervous at first. It’s a lesser-known platform, and I feared I’d be left to figure things out on my own if something went wrong.

But wow — the customer service blew me away.

Every single question I had was answered quickly, clearly, and with real care. And even more impressive: while I was working on my course, I was proactively offered help via live chat. Not because I asked — just because they saw I was building and wanted to make sure I was okay.

My course has been live for a few days now, and it’s selling smoothly. My customers are happy. I’m happy.
