This app is easy to use! It looks stunning on our website and even allows ours shop via the Instagram feed on our website. The only advice I would give the team is a way to identify that it's an IG page by adding ("Feed" or "Instagram"). Overall though, it's a great app and I'm really pleased with the simple integration.

We've been using the shopable instagram feed for over a week and love it. Really can't fault this app. We're looking into other ways of using their galleries on our store.
The app's admin and setup time is awesome. In terms of performance, it's highly questionable. It appears that you get better performance on a paid plan. For now, I'll search for other apps and perhaps in parallel find a developer that can lazy load their application.
We're really sorry that you didn't enjoy using our app! Instagram's API returns only large uncompressed images and doesn’t have any options to return resized images, like Shopify does. This means all we have are large uncompressed images to load. It also means we cannot compress them or lazy load them when pulling straight from Instagram. However, on paid plans we are now auto-compressing and hosting images from Instagram for faster loading.
On the free plan you still have some options: you can compress your images before uploading them to Instagram - that will help the images load faster as well. As well, you can simply decide to show fewer images on initial load, and that is dictated by the "Number of photos" option in the Customize Gallery screen. The fewer images that load initially, the faster the gallery will load.

Great App! I had trouble trying to set it up in my store (not the apps fault, I just have no idea what I'm doing) and Tom was able to set it up for me really quickly & without any fuss! Thanks so much!
Used application for over a year. It turned out that they take photos from instagram from instagram CDN and if instagram changes addresses then nothing works. The support never answered for several months of calls. Deleted.
for developers - shopify can perfectly store files on its CDN with reference to products. It took me two days to write a replacement your service using Zappier and a couple of REST API calls.
Hi there - Our sincere apologies for not responding to your emails. We take pride in offering leading customer support and unfortunately in this instance, it seems our support software had incorrectly blocked incoming messages from your email address. It's something we are reviewing and working to ensure doesn't happen again.
Unfortunately, Instagram's new API does have some issues that are affecting all Instagram apps. We have to work around this and to do so, we've increased our syncing times and we have an instant Sync Images button so you can quickly and easily get the images back. It's great to see that you were able to write a custom solution for one aspect of what our app can do, but this won't work on other stores, unfortunately.

Fantastic app and even better support! I've received fantastic support from Tom & Domagoj for this app, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to add Instagram to their website (now that Shopify no longer supports Instagram in themes as of 31st March).
Not refreshing info and have to delete gallery and recreate if I want to change anything. Works well and good app otherwise.
