Appointment Booking Cowlendar

Cowlendar has been a better option for us in regards to online bookings for reservations and events. The chat feature is super helpful, there is always someone available to answer all my questions!

Adding available time slots is way too hard. We do not do it often, and every time we try it, we need to reach out to the customer service. We already took notes, still, can not navigate to adding specific time slots on specific dates. This app is very very hard to use!!!
I wish Shopify would have another option other than Cowlendar App to add to our webpage as appointment scheduling app. We have been using it for over a year and extremely unhappy with it.

I cannot recommend Cowlendar enough!!! 100-stars!!!

I've installed, setup and uninstalled 3 different booking apps before Cowlendar, and none of them were able to address my clients unique booking requirements.

The team at Cowlendar held my hand and put up with all my questions and stupidity, and never faulted once. They were patient and incredibly supportive, and even though we initially struggled to find a solution to a particular setup, they never gave up.

Judy in particular, was incredible!! When I had a dumb moment (and I had plenty!), she tried her best to explain it to me over, and over again, until I understood. Whenever I made a mistake and messed up a setting that we had finally solved, she took over and found my error. She was instant in her replies, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. She really was heaven-sent!

The app itself is SO easy to set up and navigate. It's simple, effective and straightforward. And it's so highly customizable - it really can accommodate any unique setup. And the user interface is as easy.

For an event-booking system, I HIGHLY recommend Cowlendar.

The support on this product is great. The fact it integrates seamlessly into shopify is such a relief compared to something like a Calendly Integration. If you are using Shopify as a core pillar of your business and need to schedule products, this is the best option.

The Cowlendar app can be confusing, especially for novices - but a stronger than usual support team responds quickly and when questions arise they are efficient and helpful.

This is the BEST app we have and honestly what makes it the best is the customer service - everyone we have dealt with is so patient and understanding and basically helpful - 5 HUGE stars!
