I haven't used the app much yet - actually haven't finished the setup process - but I'm writing a review on 10/09 because Mateo, the gentleman who helped me answer some questions, was very helpful! It took roughly five minutes to be connected to one another, but that's because he's a real person and not AI. It was nice to chat with someone. Thanks, Mateo!

That being said, it’s quite crazy that in today’s world, someone using a tool for 2 minutes can have as much weight in a review as a business that has been using it successfully for years.

If you had contacted us instead of reviewing us, we could have done the following things :
- we would have helped to setup it differently so you don't actually need to limit the booking number per timeslot
- we could have extended the trial duration so you're not impacted by the price until the moment you benefit from using us
-we could have given you a coupon code
Next time maybe give us a chance, we're simply human after all and we're just really trying our best to be fair and fit every service business on earth
