This app is okay, but it double books appointments. I think this app and all the other shopify scheduling apps should take notes from GlossGenius, Acuity, Booksy, and StyleSeat in terms of ease of use by the business owners. Another good thing to include would be an "apply to all" option when it comes to setting business hours availability. Also, it would be nice to have a visual calendar appear on the business owner's side vs just having the list. Other then that, everything else is fine!

We had major stability issues with our previous appointment scheduling app. It was always down, very inconsistent, by the end it was broken more often than it was working. After testing out other apps I stumbled upon this. I reached out for support to implement it and I received nothing but world class support to integrate this app in to our shop in 24 hours. Total lifesaver!

I can't even say how happy I am to find this app. I have used a few different types that others recommended and they were horrible. They were difficult for other team members to use and that meant the service wasn't worth the price. In face, they were more than twice the price of this one with the Elite subscription.
I did not have instantaneous help on the chat service but I am totally fine with that as a one woman run brininess myself. I was followed up with immediately and the solutions were quick and easy. I would have used this years ago had I known about it. It is working for both services and classes and the Zoom and Google Meet connections are so simple.
