Appointment Booking Cowlendar

We recently switched to Cowlender from our previous booking system, Tipo, and it's been a transformative experience! One of the main reasons for our switch was the lack of support from Tipo, which often left us in difficult situations. However, since moving to Cowlender, the difference has been night and day.

I'm super impressed with Cowlendar! The customer service is top-notch - they've quickly and efficiently answered all my questions. What's really amazing about this app is how it handles appointment scheduling. It does everything we need, and it does it seamlessly.

The customization options are a big win. I think Cowlendar might be the only app out there that lets you tweak everything to this extent. We're talking about changing not just the look of the booking form but also every line of text in the booking form, confirmation messages, emails, the time formats (giving the option to clients between 24-hour or AM/PM), as well as inclusion of Cancel/Reschedule buttons in the emails.

In addition, with their Ultra plan, emails go out from our business email address, not some generic bot address (hello copilot!) - it's a huge plus for keeping things professional.

Why am I raving about Cowlendar? Well, it actually works exactly how we hoped it would, which is a breath of fresh air after being stuck with another booking app for a year and a half that just couldn't meet our needs. Thankfully, the other app's end of year update so thoroughly broke our booking site, it finally forced us to find a better solution in Cowlendar.

While most things are intuitive, sometimes there are questions. The support is always amazing... patient and helpful.

After trying many booking Apps, this is the most generous that provides free service for multiple products and the most easy to setup (I completed everything very quickly without the need to ask a question).
