This is my second time using this app and I LOVE IT for coaching. It's simple to set up, has all the bells and whistles I need to get clients booked easily for online coaching sessions, and at a faction of the cost of other coaching sites. The cusotmer service is also great, Mateo go the branding removed withing a few minuets so that I was up and running!
Theo was a great help and took the time to walk me through step by step the issues I was having. Super grateful

I just had my store verified and chatted with Theo about additional features that would be nice to have. Great response times and very helpful!
The 7 day free trial seems to be untrue for any of the plans apart from the lowest one, so just be aware if that going into to testing this app. After getting confused, I asked for a refund of the highest tier after 30 minutes as it did not do what we needed, and unfortunately, since the free trial was false, we lost the $36.99 - We reached out for a refund, with absolutely no hard feelings, but we haven't received a response in 2 weeks. Also be warned of their reply to reviews, I can see they cannot handle feedback and tend to lash out at these.

I just want to let you know that billing is 100% handled by Shopify so it was not an issue because of my app and I would have told you that (and I would also have refunded you on the spot) if you had contacted me on the Livechat :(
To everyone reading that : I refunded them within 2h but still, they never got back to me once they had received their refund. Which is a bit harsh I admit.
Not exactly sure of what I did to deserve a 1-star review on this one.
By the way, they've closed their store a few days after leaving that review so I guess it might have been a competitor since all they did while being opened was to leave a 1-star review.
