It was really easy to set up and the owner was super helpful. I needed to make a free appointment page that people could book to shop in my warehouse while I’m there. I’m not a walk-in shop BUT anyone can visit now by giving me a heads up that they wanna come - through this booking app!
The feature that was most important to me is the ability to book WITHOUT having to checkout and this app has that with the paid version. I booked an appointment myself to check out ease of use and access. The confirmation page was clean, as well as, the email confirmation that’s sent to the customer. On my admin side, the booking notification came through email very quickly and offered to add the appointment to my Google calendar. It was also very easy to cancel the appointment quickly on both sides too.
Wow, finally THE PERFECT APP, a huge thank you to Leo who works so hard on this app and makes such a big effort on customer care ! All is working so great on my website, I tried all other apps and Cowlendar is by far the most advanced with the most intuitive design and backend. Smooth integration, responsive, I tested the app and my client is impressed how easy it is to set up a Service in 2 minutes ! simply what I was looking for since a long time, Leo was there since the beginning to advise and answer all my questions, Merci !!!!!!!
I use Cowlendar to offer party reservations in my Shopify store. It's working well for me and even links to my Google Calendar to make sure we know all the bookings. It is very flexible and allows a number of different options. Support is right there for you as well!
Update: I'm now using it for multiple reservations. The app allows you to block off dates and times for some services to allow others to be reserved for the same locations. It is very flexible and the author is continuing to update it with new and better features. Highly recommended!
Great service and the owner does great work. Always fairly fast at getting back to me and has helped with every problem thus far.
Definitely recommend if your business is appointment orientated as its simple and easy to set up. Just take 5 mins to read the settings and browse around, you can figure it all out on your own if need be because it is that simply made!
