Brilliant app, it's literally the only reason I end up staying on Shopify - as it isn't naturally the best platform for service providers. But Cowlendar makes it worth staying! Not only is the app amazing, their team is super helpful too. Alex, Anna, and Leo himself are all very patient and allow you to get things done. Couldn't recommend this app enough!
The Cowlendar app is efficient, easy, and professional. I can update the times I am available, how long in the future I want to show, what questions I want to prompt at time of booking and have my Zoom link go out automatically with the booking confirmation. I had trouble setting up my time blocks, but Alex quickly and efficiently resolved the issue for me, which turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part. I've been using this app for about two years now and have never experienced any problems until this one.
Cowlender is very user friendly and works well for scheduling farm tours through our Shopify website. After using the app for over a year, we are very pleased with it.
The support on the app has been great so far, customization has been solid as well.
Will update this review as we get more usage out of it.
