I am paying every month for it to work and it does not work. Every from a while you have to check and test if it is working. There are so many bugs. Completely dissatisfied with the product.
We’ve been using this app for several years and have previously experienced occasional short periods of downtime due to an expired SSL certificate. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again nearly two weeks ago, but this time it appears the app is facing deeper problems and is still not working. This ongoing outage has caused significant disruption to our business.
We requested an update with a rough timeline for resolution, but after waiting all week without an answer, we have no choice but to uninstall and switch to a different app.
App down / no customer service, impossible to contact
If I could put 0 stars I would. This greatly impacted our performance and business
