Cozy Image Gallery

Had to install after years of good use for same SSL certificate issues everyone else had. Couldn't reach support.

App broke and is now causing a security issue on my storefront. Absolutely unacceptable when there are alternatives for the same price. Good bye!

Was 5 star but now can not recommend due to SSL issue and lack of any fix. Am uninstalling and will find another app as it is apparent from the others experiencing this there is no fix coming.

As others are experiencing, the app stopped working and can't be accessed. They said it should be fixed within 24 hrs, but it has now been about 12 days. Followed up a week in and no response. It worked well for years, but now moving on to a different solution.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!

The app stopped working, I uninstalled it for my website more than a month ago and I am still being billed monthly!!
I requested a cancellation link or instructions for unsubscribing from their billing system and got no response.
Shopify customer service cannot help either because is a third party app.

Very easy to use app - extremely fast, and intuitive to set up. I had a question about customizing, and Steve answered right away, solving my issue instantly. I'm very pleased that I picked this image gallery app over all the others!

Review update - we continue to get terrific customer service from this company for both their image gallery and video gallery apps. THANK YOU!

I would like to inform you that we are experiencing display issues due to the expiration of your certificate.
The certificate has been expired since Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 02:30:11.

Because the certificate is no longer valid, we are having display problems.
In addition, it is impossible to contact you — by email or even through the form, an error occurs.

"No response from support, today is August 28, 2025."

Avoid this app - look for reliable alternatives.

I've been billed for months now with ZERO WORKING GALLERIES!! I want to uninstall and delete but I can't figure out how to do it! Super upset!

horrible experience. The gallery is not loading in my website

App not working for weeks, no notice given and no response to emails. I will be looking elsewhere!
