As others are experiencing, the app stopped working and can't be accessed. They said it should be fixed within 24 hrs, but it has now been about 12 days. Followed up a week in and no response. It worked well for years, but now moving on to a different solution.
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!
The app stopped working, I uninstalled it for my website more than a month ago and I am still being billed monthly!!
I requested a cancellation link or instructions for unsubscribing from their billing system and got no response.
Shopify customer service cannot help either because is a third party app.
Very easy to use app - extremely fast, and intuitive to set up. I had a question about customizing, and Steve answered right away, solving my issue instantly. I'm very pleased that I picked this image gallery app over all the others!
Review update - we continue to get terrific customer service from this company for both their image gallery and video gallery apps. THANK YOU!

Hello,
I would like to inform you that we are experiencing display issues due to the expiration of your certificate.
The certificate has been expired since Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 02:30:11.
Because the certificate is no longer valid, we are having display problems.
In addition, it is impossible to contact you — by email or even through the form, an error occurs.
"No response from support, today is August 28, 2025."
Avoid this app - look for reliable alternatives.

horrible experience. The gallery is not loading in my website
App not working for weeks, no notice given and no response to emails. I will be looking elsewhere!
I can only assume they decided to do away with the app and just shut it down leaving customers high and dry. Stay away. It was great...then it wasn't.
I've used this app for years.. I just had to unistall, it just stopped working.
Broken app with no support option and the sites are left wtihout galleries due to expired SSL etc,
Has anyone had any success contacting the company. All galleries are down. Please help!
