Merchants appreciate this app for its user-friendly interface and customizable image galleries, which enhance their Shopify storefronts. Features such as bulk image uploading, adjustable aspect ratios, and a "Pinterest" style display are highly valued. The app's Anti-Theft option is particularly beneficial for artists and photographers. It's responsive across devices and simplifies managing large photo collections. App is sufficient. We run into glitches on occasion when rearranging images or entering data that causes repeat work for the request to take, but usually sorts itself out by the second attempt. Biggest complaint was that I saw we were charged $3.99 for basic plan when advertised as $2.99. Would not have noticed this if we didn't go to the app store in Shopify. Request for assistance to fix the pricing was slow to respond. Another point to note is that the app will not allow you to downgrade your plan yourself OR view your current plan or cheaper plan options from within the app once downloaded (you can only view UPGRADE options once you sign up from within the app); if you want to downgrade your plan you need to reach out to the app developers, which, again, was slow to respond to inquiries.

I use this app to showcase my designs, it would be helpful if it let me upload a design without stopping to write a review.

I think there is some misunderstanding as we don't restrict any usage in app based on review. Review is independent of app usage. I have also contacted you on your email.

There are two plans - I checked you were in basic plan which allows single gallery. You can switch to unlimited plan for no restrictions on galleries.
