Hey, As checked and updated you that you were manually unsubscribed from our email, that is the reason for not receiving the email. It was not our application bug.

I looked around for a while trying to find an app that would work for my Wholesale application form. Basically, I needed a customisable form that would allow me to approve customers and automatically assign them a tag. This app does all that and more! The customer service is excellent and they will help you if you can't figure something out. I'm very happy with this app!
