Crate looked promising on paper, but in practice it has been unusable for us.
We contacted support with full details of the failures and our questions and have received no response.
We were prepared to use Crate as our warehouse system and had already created our warehouse, zones and bins, but we cannot risk live inventory with an app that fails during setup and provides no timely support when something this important goes wrong.
At present I cannot recommend Crate for a serious Shopify catalogue or live inventory operation.
