creativehub: Sell Art Prints

I have run a successful online gallery for many years and in all my time, creativehub's app is exactly what I have been longing for; print-on-demand art sales of the highest quality!

So far the app has worked well, even with my gallery specific requirements there have been few instances where the app does not meet my requirements. The discovery of this app has encouraged me to create a new gallery focusing on photography with the intention of just using the app!

I have found the quality of the prints to be first rate. Never any complaints about this from customers. The process is usually very smooth and hassle free and smoothly integrates with my Shopify account. There were Brexit issues when it came to shipping to Europe, and massive problems to the USA which they suspended as it was such a mess. However the staff responded quickly and were desperate to try and solve the problems. No chatbot nonsense, actually emails to real people and real solutions in a timely manner. I recommend them.

Seemless!...ive now spent alkl day trying to order tetst prints...no one answers the phone and the online helps takes hours to answer? So I still havnt managed to order as the system says there's an error call us. Not a great experience at all so far, which was not waht I expected?

The app worked really well for us - we had a couple of issues processing our first orders but the technical support was really helpful and we able to resolve things relatively quickly.

Very useful friendly app for uploading and selling photography prints. Customer service is excelent!

I'm putting together a shopify site for a group of artists and in general I find the app works well, once you have done all the information on the creative hub end it transporst well to the shopify site. The particular item I and the others like is the room view with the image in place, so if they can develop this more it can only help sales, as most people out there have no concept of how the art might look on the wall. There have been one or two glitches here and there otherwise would have given 5 stars. Creative Hub are very quick to respond, and I know that the print quality is unmatched. Nice idea. We'd dearly love it to work. But it doesn't work properly. The print quality is very good and people in shipping are great. And they always respond to queries. But the app can be very frustrating and very very very time consuming. To make it work we need three tabs open and to flick to and fro. We'd welcome any suggestions for reliable, high quality alternatives...

Great stuff. Very simple to use. Upload images to your Hub account and they populate immediately in your products list. There’s one tiny, tiny thing that would be a bonus, which would be to be able to set your own product codes, but completely understand that would mean their print job numbering system would go out of whack. Maybe if there was an extra field, or ‘customer product’ number alias. But that’s really minor. Works well, provided you understand the app is purely a link to connect shopify to your Hub account (like most shopify apps). Ordering system is very simple for both you and the customer, and very reasonable, delivery wise. £6 per order, anywhere in the world. Also a very helpful bunch of people. Recommended.

New shipping prices are ludicrous! Makes it unviable to use Creativehub drop shipping services. I previously used them a few years ago and was really happy with their products and services and was all set to return after reinstating my Shopify store. Severely disappointed that these prices now put them out of reach.

This very slick App is great for artists to reach buyers and curators to sell digital art online. I have just installed it and I'm knocked out with the professional help I had talking me through the simple process. Thanks Printspace team.
