creativehub: Sell Art Prints

Amazing service, print quality is great, fast print and delivery, very professionally packaged, holographic certificates of authenticity, and, no small thing, the customer support is top-notch. Highly recommended!

This is an easy to use app for selling prints of my work online, via my website. There's a lot of useful information for setting up, for both shopify and theprintspace, and both companies have superb customer service.

Impossible to update multiple products at once.
Impossible to import products to my shopify store without random "import errors".

Customer support is inexistant and basically consist in "there's nothing we can do, please check this page to read some generic solutions and God be on your side".

This app used to be great and have a decent UI/UX with no import problems. What happened?

theprintspace's automatic print fulfilment system has proven to be an invaluable service, that enables us to run a high volume print store efficiently, with glowing customer feedback. It simply wouldn't be possible for us to manage our print store without them.

I use this app for my annual Palm* Photo Prize Print Sale and it has been great! Its really helpful that international delivery is a flat rate ( only £6!) so it makes it affordable for clients from all over the world!

Excellent app! We've been using it since its launch a couple of years ago. All of our print-on-demand giclée prints are fulfilled using creativehub and the service is seamless from start to finish, with the added bonus of great customer service. We also use it for competition submissions for our annual open call from artists all over the world. This is extremely useful as it allows us to consolidate thousands of entries in one place for easy editing and archiving.

The quality of the prints are fantastic, they are shipped to my customers anywhere in the world for only £6 and their customer service is phenomenal. I have found the quality of the prints to be first rate. Never any complaints about this from customers. The process is usually very smooth and hassle free and smoothly integrates with my Shopify account. There were Brexit issues when it came to shipping to Europe, and massive problems to the USA which they suspended as it was such a mess. However the staff responded quickly and were desperate to try and solve the problems. No chatbot nonsense, actually emails to real people and real solutions in a timely manner. I recommend them.

Nice idea. We'd dearly love it to work. But it doesn't work properly. The print quality is very good and people in shipping are great. And they always respond to queries. But the app can be very frustrating and very very very time consuming. To make it work we need three tabs open and to flick to and fro. We'd welcome any suggestions for reliable, high quality alternatives...
