I've been very impressed so far with the application. I wish I would have started using it sooner. Tonight I received some very specific advice which was handled perfectly. There are some small bugs that need to be worked out such as being able to erase previous generations and not clunky folders. Otherwise it's a life saver for my jewelry business.
This app has helped us create some high quality, simple, product videos that have added a lot more to our social media presence! Any issues we have had have been minor and the staff have gone up and over to correct or help us figure everything out.

It's okay to use. Unable to resize images in the app. Customer service is the worst! Needed to create a video fast but it took 30 minutes to answer for the customer service operator one simple question! Claimed to have FREE TEMPLATES but whatever I used, it said that I selected a "PRO" template.
Do not suggest it if you want to create free videos!

As shared on the plans page, real time chat support is only available on paid plans.
The app has hundreds of free video templates, but if those aren't enough for you we'll be happy to let you try the paid ones for free.
